Local Childbirth Classes

Local families!

I’m offering childbirth classes in my home on Saturday morning’s in January!  Feel free to sign up or for one, two, three or all four! Each class will run from 9am-12am.  Snacks, coffee and tea will be provided. Class descriptions and prices are listed below!

January 5th  

• The Anatomy of birth.  What’s going on in my body?
• The stages of labor and what to expect.

January 12th

• Practice pain management with a partner
• Writing a very simple birth plan- when things happen that we don’t plan for!

January 19th

• What to expect during a hospital birth.
• What to pack and how to plan for a hospital birth.

January 26th

• Basic infant care.
• Postpartum healing and support.

Classes are $60 each for one class, $50 for two or three classes and $40 a class if you sign up for all four.
