February Meal Plan for Nine!


My February meal plan is here!  Follow along with me!  I have added how you can eat on this family meal plan if you are eating a low carb or THM diet.  If you haven't seen my meal plans yet I make the same breakfast and lunch every day for a month, the same dinner each day of the week for a month and a special sabbath meal on Saturday evening to kick off The Lord's Day!

Breakfast: Oatmeal with Blueberries (Except for Sunday morning!) This is THM (E)

Lunch: Nachos

Dinner:

Monday: Baked pasta

Tuesday: Seven-layer dip with chips (rice, re-fried beans, salsa, sour cream, avocado, cheese, beef)

Wednesday: Sausage, eggs and blueberry pancakes/ French toast

Thursday: Pizza

Friday: Soup and rice

Saturday Sabbath Meal: Curried chicken and rice, veggies, rolls, homemade ice cream sandwiches

Sunday: Left overs


Low-carb version:

Breakfast: Eggs

Lunch: 1/2 low carb tortilla as a plain quesadilla or ham and cheese grilled

Dinner:

Monday: Meatballs, tomato sauce and Mozzarella set aside before it gets baked with pasta and salad

Tuesday: Taco salad.  Lettuce, beef, cheese, avocado, sour cream

Wednesday: Sausage, egg and cheese

Thursday: Low carb tortilla with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni


Friday: Soup without rice

Saturday: EVERY.THING.

Sunday: Low carb left overs/soup
